About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to provide L2/L3 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications in Saudi Arabia, UAE, or India. This role requires strong technical skills, expertise in core banking systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve various production issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Analyze application logs, database errors, and transaction failures.
• Support CASA, IC, GL, EOD, OBPM, OBBRN, and OBMA modules.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL data analysis and fixes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor and support EOD batch processing activities.

Preferred:

• Banking domain experience.
• Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation/support projects.
• Knowledge of payment systems and core banking operations.
