About the Role
The Oracle Functional Consultant – HCM will play a pivotal role in the operational success of our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. This individual will work with various teams to ensure that the HCM solutions are aligned with the business requirements and maximize the efficiency of our workforce management systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing employee experiences and improving overall organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design functional solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and test HCM modules, ensuring the systems meet operational needs.
• Provide support and guidance to users, helping them leverage the HCM systems effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any HCM system issues as they arise.
• Maintain documentation for functional processes and system changes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Oracle product updates to make informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, specifically with HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of HCM processes, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud applications, particularly the HCM suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
