Oracle Functional Consultant

We are seeking an Oracle Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 full cycle implementations on Oracle Fusion and EBS finance stream. Specific requirements include:

• At least 2 full implementation experiences as a functional consultant in Oracle Fusion financial modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, General Ledger, Expenses, Tax, and Intercompany).
• Reporting and data migration experience within implementation and support projects.
• Implementation and support experience with EBS R12 alongside Fusion is preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge in all Oracle ERP Cloud finance modules.
• Familiarity with ERP table structures and ability to assist the Oracle technical team with development/customizations.
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL is preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting project timelines.
• Strong documentation skills related to requirement documents, business process workflows, and technical documents.
• Capability to understand business requirements and recommend IT solutions.
• Experience in reviewing system configurations, setups, and solution deployments.
• Ability to prepare and review functional design documents and user manuals.
• Experience in stakeholder management and incident management, resolving issues within the provided SLA while managing ITSM processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in an onsite-offshore working model.
• Knowledge of SmartView, FRS, OTBI report, and dashboard development is preferable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A background in accounting or finance as part of graduation education or post graduation (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent).

Language Requirements: Proficient communication skills in English.
