Location: Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Required Technical Skill Set:

  • A minimum of [X] years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with at least one implementation.
  • Deep functional understanding of HCM business processes and ERP solutions.
  • Experience in the following modules:
    • Oracle Fusion HCM Core – Hire to Retire
    • Absence Management
    • Self Service HR
    • Performance & Goal Management
    • Compensation Management and Payroll

Must-Have:

  • Experience with business processes across all Financials modules.
  • Previous Oracle Cloud HCM support experience.

Good-to-Have:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules Certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Application support and troubleshooting: Provide Level 2/3 support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Configuration and implementation: Configure Oracle Fusion Financials to meet business needs; potentially lead or support full-cycle implementations and upgrades.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain functional design documents, user manuals, and process documentation.
  • Testing: Participate in and support testing activities, including UAT, regression, and patch testing.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with technical teams for code analysis and solution delivery; work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Reporting and analysis: Design and implement custom reports; assist users with month-end activities, reconciliations, and reporting support.
  • Quarterly Patch Updates: Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates (OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Analytics) and assess their impact on business processes.
  • Experience in Financial Data Migration using FBDI, Spreadsheet Loader, and ADF Desktop Integrator.
