Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with a strong background in Oracle ERP Cloud finance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the relevant domain and must have completed at least 2 end-to-end implementations of ERP Cloud Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive experience with European taxation is required.
• Must have hands-on experience in configuring the following modules: Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and General Ledger (GL).
• Proficiency in the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and related accounting in Oracle is essential, along with Core Bank Setups, Bank Reconciliations, Statement Processing, and Payment configurations.
• Familiarity with Customer Billing and Revenue Cycles.
• Knowledge of Fusion processes for integrating third-party applications.
• Understanding of Subledger Accounting and customization as required.
• Experience with Fixed Assets in Oracle Fusion and knowledge of A2R (Acquire to Retire) and Retire to Disposal processes, including financial accounting in Oracle Fusion.
• Awareness of leasing processes and IFRS compliance.
• Familiar with Oracle Cloud Implementation Methodology and capable of leading various implementation phases such as Proof of Concepts (POCs), Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Cutover, Go-live, and post go-live support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Oracle Project Management & Project Financials is a plus.
