Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

About the Job:

The company is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to configure, implement, and support Oracle Cloud Financials across our enterprise. In this role, you will work directly with Finance stakeholders to deliver solutions rather than simply gathering requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses
• Lead requirement workshops and produce functional design documents
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities
• Handle period-end close support and post-go-live hypercare
• Mentor junior team members

What You Need:

• 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience, with 5+ years on Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Hands-on configuration experience across all core Finance modules
• At least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations
• Strong knowledge of Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes
• Oracle Cloud Finance certification (preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud or Procurement Cloud
• Knowledge of IFRS / GAAP
• Prior consulting firm experience
