Oracle Fusion Finance Solution Lead

Job Description:

• Lead functional design for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Property Management, and iExpense.
• Design the Chart of Accounts (COA), accounting rules, financial controls, and period‑close processes.
• Collaborate with integration teams on FBDI, REST APIs, and OIC integrations.
• Support testing, reconciliations, cutover planning, and production rollout.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, auditors, and business stakeholders as the Finance solution lead.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Chart of Accounts (COA), Service Level Agreements (SLA), multi-currency, tax, and subledger-to-GL flows.
• Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop-leading skills.
