Oracle Fusion Financials Solution Architect

As an Oracle Fusion Financials Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, and Expenses. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading solution architecture design sessions with clients to define future-state processes that leverage Oracle Cloud capabilities.
• Translating business requirements into scalable, best-practice Oracle ERP Cloud financial solutions.
• Conducting business process workshops to identify areas for transformation and automation.
• Defining data migration, reporting, and integration strategies for Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to functional consultants and client stakeholders.
• Leading or supporting large-scale implementations across multiple entities/countries in the Middle East.
• Ensuring adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices and KPMG Powered methodology.
• Conducting fit-gap analyses, preparing design documentation, and validating configurations with client teams.
• Supporting testing activities (SIT, UAT), training sessions, and hypercare phases.
• Collaborating with pursuit teams to define solution strategies and develop winning proposals.
• Conducting product demonstrations and workshops for clients and prospects, and assisting in preparing responses to RFPs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CMA or Oracle certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials implementations, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency implementations across sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting needs, and localization requirements in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East as required.
