Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and configurations.
Configure HCM modules based on business needs, including security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
Support integration with other systems (Payroll, Finance, Talent platforms) using HCM Extracts, FBDI, or OIC.
Develop and execute test scripts, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate functional and business process flows.
Provide guidance and training to end-users and HR teams on Oracle HCM functionality.
Prepare functional documentation such as BR100, configuration guides, training materials, and reports.
Support data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
Participate in change management, go-live support, and post-production support.
