Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an accomplished Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (HCM) to drive excellence across human capital processes and enable a seamless employee experience through Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end functional support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
  • Benefits
  • Talent Management
  • Employee Self-Service (ESS)
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, maintaining precision in payroll runs and statutory adherence.
• Maintain workforce data integrity and governance across HR systems.
• Enable efficient and streamlined HR operations, enhancing employee and manager experiences.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver scalable HCM solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and best practices across HR processes.
• Support implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-production stabilization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation/support.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, payroll compliance, and workforce management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective functional configurations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
