Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion HCM across various modules.
  • Triage and resolve incidents/service requests/problems using ITIL practices.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Support month-end/year-end activities as required.
  • Analyze business issues in HCM transactions, workflows, and configuration setups.
  • Configure and support worker lifecycle and learning management.
  • Monitor integrations with HCM extracts and troubleshoot failures.
  • Address business reporting needs and conduct data validation.
  • Implement minor enhancements and support quarterly Oracle patch updates.
  • Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills:
Functional (Must Have):

  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Support with hands-on exposure to:
    • Core HR
    • Absence Management
    • Learning
    • Recruitment (ORC)
    • HR Help Desk

Techno-Functional (Must Have):

  • Working knowledge of:
    • HDL/HSDL
    • HCM Extracts
    • ESS / Scheduled Processes
    • OTBI / BI Publisher
    • Basic understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) for troubleshooting

Security/Workflow (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with:
    • Role provisioning/data security concepts
    • Approval workflows and routing troubleshooting (BPM)

Process/Tools:

  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow / Remedy / Jira.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).

Language Requirements:

  • English fluency may be required, but specific language requirements are not stated.
