Requirements:
- 7+ years of total Oracle ERP experience with minimum 2 End-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Techno Functional expert on ORACLE Fusion HCM application modules such as Core HR, Absences, Payroll, Talent Management, Oracle Recruitment Cloud & Oracle Learning Cloud
- Must have hands-on experience in functional configurations of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud in modules.
- Sound Knowledge and Prior Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS Customizations, PaaS Developments, Integrations with 3rd Party Applications, and MIS Reports developments.
- Strong technical foundation in Oracle Cloud Integration Platform (Application Integration, Process, Visual Builder, and/or Insight Analytics) and hands-on experience in building integrations and custom applications using OIC and PaaS technology platform.
- Solid Hands-on experience for reports development tools BI Publisher (BI) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle Application Object Library, Oracle Applications Coding Standards, Oracle Applications User Interface Standards, and other components of Oracle Application technology stack, to build custom extensions and modifications.
- Should have the skills of writing complex Payroll Fast Formulas in Oracle Fusion Payroll
- Hands-On development of packages and functions using SQL/PLSQL
- Extensive experience in configuring & customizing BPM Workflows
- Prior experience on data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Expert in functional testing, preparation, and execution of test cases
Responsibilities:
- Carry out assigned tasks/jobs and deliver by project or release time with minimum supervision
- Evaluate the as-is business processes and identify process bottlenecks and hindrances to efficient process completion with minimum lead time.
- Map the recommended process enhancements with Oracle ERP system functionality for fitment in accordance with the business requirements
- Perform functional design and configuration in ORACLE ERP to meet out-of-the-box functionalities of the Oracle ERP application
- Identify the need for and perform functional design and support complex system customizations that are required by the client's processes in Oracle ERP
- Coordinates with the business users to study requirements and handle the concept to delivery of the solution on Oracle HCM Application covering:
- Gather user requirements
- Perform Functional mapping of business to system process
- Perform Business Process Workshops (BPW), Playback, CRP, SIT and UAT Sessions
- Configure or setup HR seeded system processes in line with the business requirements
- Contribute, design, configure, and extend ORACLE HCM applications by the business requirements
- Identify the functional gaps in Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning Management, and functional design of customizations
- Create Functional test approaches and scenarios in line with business requirements
- Prepare user manual and perform user training
- Conduct user acceptance testing
