As an Oracle Fusion Lease Consultant at the company in Riyadh, you will play a crucial role in configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting Cloud to ensure adherence to IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to manage the complete lifecycle of lease accounting, integrate with other financial modules, and lead a team through testing and user training.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting Cloud to support IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance.
- Set up lease contracts, ROU assets, amortization schedules, and lease liability balances.
- Configure Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) for IFRS 16 and ASC 842 accounting events and GL interface.
- Implement Multi-GAAP accounting for parallel reporting.
- Set up lease payment schedules and related calculations.
- Configure role-based access control (RBAC) for lease accounting functions.
Lease Lifecycle Management:
- Manage lease lifecycle: creation, modification, reassessment, termination.
- Handle lease events and classifications.
- Manage lease modifications and reassessments with updated discount rates.
Integration & Reporting:
- Integrate Lease Accounting with Oracle financial modules.
- Generate statutory and audit reports.
- Produce amortization schedules and maturity analysis.
Testing & Delivery:
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation.
- Develop and execute testing scripts.
- Provide training to end users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Functional / Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience with Oracle Fusion Lease Accounting or Oracle Property Manager.
- Deep understanding of IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting standards.
- Knowledge of Oracle financial modules and ERP Cloud configuration.
Accounting & Compliance Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of lessee vs. lessor accounting treatment.
- Awareness of IFRS 16 transition approaches and lease disclosure requirements.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Fusion Financials or Lease Accounting Cloud certification.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent).
- Experience with multi-currency lease accounting environments and Agile project delivery tools.
