The Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash (O2C) Consultant will be responsible for leading the O2C track and managing various phases of the project, including Cloud Map, CRP, design, build, testing, cut-over, and go-live support. The consultant must display competency in configuring Oracle Fusion O2C modules, including Order Management, Pricing, Configurator, Inventory Reservations, Shipping and Fulfilment, Accounts Receivable, Customer Master / Trading Community Architecture, Collections, and Revenue Management.

Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex order management and revenue cycle business requirements into Oracle Fusion O2C configurations. The consultant will collaborate closely with offshore functional and technical teams to ensure adherence to project deliverables, address open issues, and meet milestones across the O2C workstream.
Key responsibilities include owning deliverables such as Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), To-Be design, Test Scenarios, Test Scripts, Configuration Documents, Design Documents, and O2C solution design specifications. The role will require regular coordination with sales, finance, logistics, and other departments, as well as client-side roles like Order Entry Clerks, Sales Managers, and Accounts Receivable Analysts.
Responsibilities also encompass configuring Oracle Fusion Order Management parameters, designing integrations with legacy and third-party systems, validating migrated O2C master and transactional data, and coordinating with various functional consultants for cross-module process alignment.
The consultant will design O2C-related OTBI reports and BI Publisher reports, along with customer-facing and finance-facing documents. Training for O2C module users will also be a critical aspect of the role, including the development of a "Train the Trainer" plan and schedule for various stakeholders.
