Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant

The company is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant. The candidate must possess strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud Implementation/Transformation, covering various aspects including Payroll Definitions, Elements, Balances, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, Costing, Payment Methods, and Payroll Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Transformation expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud.
• Proficient in UAE, KSA & India Payroll processes, including End of Service Benefits (EOSB), Gratuity Calculations, Leave Salary, Allowances, and payroll compliance requirements.
• Adept at Fast Formula development and troubleshooting for payroll calculations and validation rules.
• Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL data conversion, payroll data validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI Reporting.
• Experience integrating Oracle Payroll with Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and third-party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Understanding of Payroll Costing, Subledger Accounting, and GL Transfer Processes.
• Conducting Stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and documentation.

Desired Competencies:

Must-Have:

• Minimum of 2 End-to-End Oracle Fusion Payroll Implementation/Transformations.
• Strong knowledge in UAE Payroll, Gratuity, EOSB, and Leave Salary Processing.
• Hands-on experience in payroll testing, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and payroll integrations.
• Knowledge of multi-country GCC Payroll processes and statutory obligations.
• Competency in creating advanced reporting and analytics.
