The company, a global business and technology solutions provider headquartered in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant to join our team. The Oracle Fusion Procurement Functional Consultant will provide functional expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing procurement processes. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, including Procurement Cloud, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, and Purchasing.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide functional expertise.
  • Conducting fit-gap analysis, defining business processes, and recommending Oracle best practices.
  • Leading and supporting the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement, including integrations with other Fusion modules (e.g., AP, Inventory).
  • Providing training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and test reports, interfaces, extensions, and workflows (RICEW).
  • Troubleshooting system issues and performing root cause analysis.
  • Staying updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assessing their impact on procurement processes.
  • Supporting post-go-live stabilization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Procurement Functional Consultant, with at least 4 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement Cloud, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Purchasing.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and personalization.
  • Hands-on experience with approvals, workflows, and procurement contracts in Oracle Fusion.
  • Familiarity with OTBI/BIP reports, integrations (OIC), and Oracle ERP security roles (added advantage).
  • Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and S2P (Source-to-Pay) business processes.
  • Ability to write functional specifications for technical teams (RICEW objects).
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or support projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
