Oracle Fusion Service Functional Consultant

About the Role
This position involves running discovery and design workshops with business teams specifically for service request and work-order processes. The main focus will be on designing and configuring Oracle Fusion Service, including service requests, work orders, queues, assignment rules, and SLAs. Additionally, you will set up the customer self-service portal (Digital Customer Service) and prepare essential documentation including functional designs, test scripts, and training material. You will also lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for your area, providing support during the go-live phase and hypercare period.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery and design workshops with business teams for service request and work-order processes
• Design and configure Oracle Fusion Service, including service requests, work orders, queues, assignment rules, and SLAs
• Set up the customer self-service portal (Digital Customer Service)
• Prepare functional designs, test scripts, and training material
• Lead SIT and UAT for your area and support go-live and hypercare

Requirements

• 6+ years in enterprise applications, including Oracle Fusion Service (or Service Cloud) with 2+ full implementations
• Hands-on experience in the setup of service requests, work orders, queues, and SLAs
• Proven functional design and workshop experience with business users
• Willingness and ability to travel to Dubai regularly
• Excellent written and spoken English
