About The Role:

This role offers the opportunity to oversee and optimize Oracle ERP and EPM applications, ensuring seamless performance and scalability across a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
You’ll manage complex integrations, customization, and infrastructure components across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), delivering secure, resilient, and efficient enterprise systems. As a key technical leader, you'll design and implement automation, custom workflows, and intelligent reporting that enhance business agility. Collaborating across technical and business teams, you’ll drive solutions that are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with Riyadh Air’s growth objectives.
You will champion best practices in system performance, compliance, and cybersecurity, responsible for auditing and enforcing governance standards while proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime. With a passion for innovation and a sharp eye on Oracle’s evolving capabilities, you’ll lead enhancements that unlock new value for the business. Engineer smarter processes, secure critical systems, and help shape the digital backbone of the aviation future.
About You:
Degree qualified, you have over 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM technical development and support, with strong hands-on skills in integrations, customizations, extensions, and reporting. You’re proficient in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS/IaaS, and automation tools, with solid experience in data migration, FBDI, interface development, and RICEW components. Your expertise also includes OTBI, BI Publisher, workflows, and BPM processes.
