Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Job:
The Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for:

• Configuration for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Self Services, Performance, Learning, and Recruitment.
• Defining and managing security roles, workflows, and approval hierarchies.
• Performing data migration and conversions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing performance.
• Conducting system testing (SIT, UAT) and ensuring defect resolution.
• Working on HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, REST APIs, and OIC.
• Managing data migration and loading using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience across major Fusion HCM modules.
• Understanding of global/local HR compliance, payroll rules, and security.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and integration mapping.
• Experience with integration patterns and reporting frameworks.
• Proven experience working on multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop-leading skills.
