Must Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations.
- Expertise in 3 or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, T&L, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning, and Workforce Modelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Run workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Conduct CRP (Cross-Functional Review Process) sessions to finalize business processes.
- Solution Design: Design comprehensive solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet complex business needs while ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Configuration and Setup: Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules to align with the gathered business requirements. Experience in integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party applications and a strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, API’s, etc.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts to validate configurations and ensure that system functionality meets business requirements.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for end users to equip them with knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide support to end users by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Qualifications:
- Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules is required.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and listening).
- Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box.
- Ability to work collaboratively with high-performing teams and individuals to achieve common goals.
Languages: Proficiency in English is expected; knowledge of additional languages may be beneficial.
