Oracle HCM Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for Oracle HCM development, customizations, and deployment of the solution. You will work in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business) both locally and remotely. Your duties will include leading the analysis and design in the HCM area (Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labour), and working closely with the client’s business teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Understanding business requirements and capturing functional and technical requirements.
• Translating requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud module specifications and integrating those with other functional and technical teams.
• Designing processes and preparing the solution Blueprint for project implementation.
• Configuring the system and testing the solution with users.
• Providing user training and supporting cutover, stabilization, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
• Experience in business or technology consulting.
• Oracle HCM implementation experience is preferred (experience with SAP/Workday Retail may be considered).
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP/EPM is an advantage.
• Proven knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM).
• Proficient in Thai and English, both verbal and written.
