Synechron is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer with a minimum of 5 years of development and design experience in Oracle Hyperion, and at least one implementation of Oracle EPBCS and FCCS modules. Key requirements include:
- At least 3-4 Oracle Fusion HCM Implementations, with GCC Payroll Implementation experience, ideally in KSA.
- Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formulas, Page Customizations & Extensions.
- Experience with data migration from legacy systems to cloud HCM.
- Ability to prepare data sheets and perform data loading independently.
- Exposure to HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and alerts configuration.
- Proficiency in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll, and HCM Extracts Fast Formulas.
- Strong functional knowledge of HCM Core, Payroll, and Absence Management, along with modules such as Recruitment and Performance Management.
- Familiarity with Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, and HR Help Desk is a plus.
- Documentation skills and requirement gathering capabilities are necessary.
Technical Skills Required:
- Advanced skills in HDL and Data Loading.
- Experience in developing integrations between Fusion HCM and other platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Experience in building BI Publisher and OTBI Reports and Dashboards.
- Knowledge in configuring Payroll for Saudi legislation.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are advantageous but not specified.
Candidates must demonstrate a proper blend of technical and functional expertise, and proficiency in the Oracle HCM Fusion technical aspects is mandatory.
