Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Customer Engagement:
Serve as the primary HCM architecture lead for strategic enterprise accounts. Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and business stakeholders. Translate business strategies into scalable HCM cloud architectures.

Solution Architecture & Delivery:
Design end-to-end HCM cloud solutions aligned with customer goals and industry best practices. Lead architecture governance, solution reviews, and roadmap planning. Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and platforms.

Team Leadership & Enablement:
Guide and mentor HCM consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and product management. Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Account Growth & Strategy:
Identify opportunities to expand solution footprint within existing accounts. Drive strategic conversations to position new offerings and services. Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and customer workshops.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HCM solution architecture and consulting.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience working with Saudi Arabian enterprise clients across sectors.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Certifications in HCM platforms or cloud architecture are highly desirable.
