Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant

About the Job
The role supports HR users with their daily activities related to the Oracle system and involves building new reports and payroll components. The Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant will deliver a wide range of technical solutions across the Oracle Cloud suite, managing multiple projects simultaneously and responsible for executing technical tasks on those projects.

Requirements

• Experience in designing, developing, documenting, and testing of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI & OTBI Reports.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Expertise in at least three Oracle technical development skills related to HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI & OTBI Reports.
• Familiarity with any three Oracle HCM modules.
• Experience working as an integration specialist.
• Ability to create system customizations and extensions.
• Leadership experience on more than three projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud offerings (SaaS and PaaS) and web services.
• Certifications: Oracle Certified OCI Architect, Integration Specialist, Autonomous DB Specialist, and OCI Developer Associate.
• Expertise in integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle VBCS.

Previous Experience

• Minimum of 6 years in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI & OTBI Reports.
• Experience leading a team of consultants in related implementations of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI & OTBI Reports on Fusion ERP cloud/EBS.
• Completed at least 5 Fusion Implementation projects involving HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI & OTBI Reports, related to SaaS and PaaS.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
