Position

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to drive the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM solutions while ensuring optimal system performance, compliance, and user experience.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates & Offshore, India
Work Conditions: On-site Contract; Immediate Joiners only
Experience Required: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Responsibilities:

    • Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
    • Configure and support Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.
    • Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders to understand and optimize business processes.
    • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
    • Configure workflows, approvals, security roles, and business rules.
    • Support HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Technical Responsibilities:

    • Support Oracle HCM integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
    • Work with technical teams on inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
    • Develop and support reports, dashboards, and analytics.
    • Manage data conversion, data validation, and data migration activities.
    • Troubleshoot complex production issues and coordinate resolutions.
  • Testing & Deployment:

    • Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
    • Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
    • Support Oracle quarterly updates and release management.
    • Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new functionalities.
  • Governance & Support:

    • Maintain system documentation and configuration standards.
    • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance policies.
    • Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Oracle HCM-related issues.
    • Train end-users and HR teams on system functionalities.
