Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
Proven experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Performance Management, and Learning Management, etc.).
Strong technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, and Oracle development tools.
Functional understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience in full-cycle implementations and system enhancements.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Compensation Workbench is a plus.

Work Conditions:
