We are looking for an Oracle Integration Cloud Consultant / Administrator to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Required Technical Skill Set:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, DB, ERP/HCM).
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM/Payroll) integrations, including FBDI, HDL, and BI Reports extraction.
  • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and web services/API security (OAuth, Basic Auth).
  • Experience in error handling frameworks, fault management, and integration performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Support & Incident Management: L2/L3 support for OIC integrations in a 24x7 support model, monitoring integrations, performing root cause analyses (RCA), and resolving failures and data issues.
  • OIC Development & Enhancements: Design, develop, and maintain app-driven orchestrations, scheduled integrations, REST/SOAP-based integrations, and implement enhancements for existing integrations.
  • OIC Administration: Day-to-day administration of OIC environments, managing connections, adapters, security settings, and performing environment migrations.
  • Integration Monitoring & Governance: Proactively monitor integrations, ensure design standards and best practices adherence, and maintain documentation.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work with functional consultants, business users, and external vendors, participating in weekly service reviews and SLA reporting.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain integration design documents, runbooks, and prepare knowledge transfer artifacts.
