Oracle Integration Cloud Lead

The Oracle Integration Cloud Lead is responsible for the management, development support, and delivery of integrations between Oracle Fusion Applications (Financials, HCM, SCM) and internal/external systems utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role combines hands-on integration development with platform administration and release management responsibilities to ensure secure, scalable, and controlled integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration Development and Platform Management:
  Handle the development and maintenance of integrations, manage OIC environments (DEV, TEST, PROD), and oversee deployment and migration of integrations.
• Release & Environment Management:
  Plan and execute integration releases, maintain version control, and adhere to CI/CD practices.
• Governance & Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and maintain documentation to support audits related to the integration platform.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with architects, functional consultants, and business teams to communicate status, issues, and risks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of IT experience, with 6-8 years specific to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Hands-on experience with Fusion integrations and OIC platform operations.
• Experience in integration delivery projects with structured release cycles.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including integrations, connections, and packages.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations (REST/SOAP, FBDI, business events).
• Experience with OIC adapters, BIP for integration support, and knowledge of security configurations (OAuth, certificates, keys, roles, policies).
