Position

As an Oracle Technical Consultant, you will be part of the Cigna technology team responsible for building and maintaining integration solutions to support our rapidly growing Middle East region. You will work as a member of an agile team, leading the technical efforts to integrate various applications using Oracle Integration Cloud Services in our insurance businesses. Additionally, you will support and manage all Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Process Cloud Service (PCS), and App Composer deployed across all core fusion.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end data integration implementations using Oracle technology.
  • Provide ODI Administration, Load Balancing, and apply Data Warehousing concepts.
  • Handle high data volume environments and performance tuning in ODI.
  • Create necessary queries, functions, packages, triggers, and stored procedures in PL/SQL and T/SQL.
  • Develop and enforce data quality and governance policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with development teams to finalize data models, loading methodologies, and reconciliation tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Integration Consultant.
  • At least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Expert level proficiency in Oracle tools including Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow (Approval Rules/Notifications), PL/SQL, and Fusion Middleware Object Design, Development & Testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP Integration components.
  • Extensive domain experience with Oracle PaaS/IaaS products.

Desirable

  • Oracle PaaS Certification is a plus.
  • Previous project experience in finance transformation.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
