The company is seeking an Oracle Integration Consultant (OIC) Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing OIC solutions to integrate Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) with enterprise and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement OIC solutions to integrate Oracle SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) with enterprise and third-party systems.
  • Build and configure integration flows using app-driven, scheduled, and file-based patterns.
  • Work with OIC adapters including REST, SOAP, FTP, ERP Cloud, and HCM adapters.
  • Configure lookups, data mappings, and orchestration flows.
  • Build custom web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • Develop and automate business workflows using Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS).
  • Deploy and migrate integrations across development, test, and production environments.
  • Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot integrations ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Execute unit testing, SIT, and UAT cycles including test data preparation and output validation.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or FRS.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Proficiency in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and API integration patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle SaaS applications: ERP, HCM, and SCM.
  • Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service (PCS).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools: BI Publisher, OTBI, or FRS.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its services.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, or PCS certifications.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices for integration deployment and monitoring.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA/OSB) or MuleSoft/Boomi.
  • Exposure to Oracle HCM, EBS, or Fusion ERP modules.
  • Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers.
