You will collaborate closely with Senior Cloud Adoption Managers and Account Cloud Engineers to deliver best practices, ensuring smooth migration and onboarding of solutions to OCI. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and the human aspects of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Oracle customers in adopting and growing their use of OCI.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and share enablement resources.
- Track key milestones such as go-live and monitor usage data.
- Identify potential risks or growth opportunities.
- Follow up on support requests to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Graduates in a college or university program (all majors welcome).
