You will support clients in maximizing the value of their Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) investments. Your responsibilities will include working closely with Senior Cloud Adoption Managers and Account Cloud Engineers to deliver best practices and ensure smooth migration and onboarding to OCI. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and the human elements that make innovation possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle customers in adopting and growing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Coordinate onboarding activities and share enablement resources.
- Track key milestones such as go-live dates.
- Monitor usage data and identify potential risks or growth opportunities.
- Update internal trackers and reports.
- Follow up on support requests to improve customer experience in OCI.
