Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams in the implementation and support of Oracle-based solutions, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle ERP, and Oracle Integration.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in system configuration, testing, data validation, and deployment support activities.
- Support data-related tasks such as basic SQL queries, data analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and support resolution activities in collaboration with the project team.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
- Participate in internal trainings, Oracle learning paths, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong interest in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and Oracle platforms.
- Basic understanding of one or more of the following is an advantage: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, Finance), Oracle Database and SQL, Oracle Integration or middleware concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, professional services environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
