As an Oracle Technical Consultant at Cigna, you will join the technology team responsible for building and maintaining integrations that support our rapidly growing Middle East region. Working as part of an agile team, you will lead the technical efforts to integrate various solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Services in our insurance businesses. This role is vital as we embark on a major change initiative to enhance our existing application ecosystem and expand into new markets in the MEA region and beyond. Core Responsibilities:
- Support and manage all OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS, and App Composer deployed across core fusion.
- Manage end-to-end data integration implementations using Oracle technology.
- Conduct ODI Administration and Load Balancing, as well as apply data warehousing concepts.
- Design databases with relational and dimensional data modeling skills.
- Manage high data volume environments and performance tuning in ODI.
- Build necessary queries, functions, packages, triggers, and stored procedures in PL/SQL and T/SQL.
- Develop and manage data quality and governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with development teams on data models, loading methodologies, and data reconciliation tasks.
- Create database scripts and integrate with release pipelines in Dev, UAT, and Prod segments.
- Build BI Reports and OTBI reports, and write basic data extraction queries using SQL.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Integration Consultant.
- At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of OIC.
- Expert level proficiency in Oracle tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow).
- Strong expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP integration components.
- Familiarity with business requirements, technical analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of extensions within a software environment.
- Broad knowledge and deep domain experience with Oracle PaaS/IaaS products.
Desirable Skills:
- Oracle PaaS Certification is a plus.
- Previous project experience in finance transformation.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
