As an Oracle Technical Consultant, you will be part of the Cigna technology team responsible for building and maintaining integration solutions to support our rapidly growing Middle East region. In this role, you will lead the technical efforts for integrating various solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Services within our insurance businesses. We are expanding the team to pursue a significant change initiative to enhance an existing application ecosystem, enabling business expansion into new markets in the MEA region and beyond. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage all OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS & App Composer.
- Manage end-to-end data integration implementations using Oracle technology.
- Administer ODI and handle load balancing & data warehousing concepts.
- Design relational and dimensional data models.
- Optimize performance in high data volume environments using ODI.
- Develop PL/SQL and T/SQL scripts, including queries, functions, packages, triggers, and stored procedures.
- Establish and manage data quality and governance policies.
- Work with development teams on data models and loading methodologies.
- Build and integrate database scripts with release pipelines across Dev, UAT & Production stages.
- Develop BI Reports and OTBI reports, along with basic data extraction queries using SQL.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Integration Consultant.
- At least 2 full life cycle implementations of OIC.
- Post-go-live support experience.
- Expert proficiency in Oracle tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, PL/SQL, Fusion Middleware).
- Strong expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP integration components.
- Experience in business requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and implementation within software environments.
- Broad knowledge of Oracle PaaS/IaaS products.
Desirable Attributes:
- Oracle PaaS Certification.
- Previous experience in finance transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
