As an Oracle Technical consultant, you will join the Cigna technology team responsible for building and maintaining integrations to support our rapidly growing Middle East region. Working as a member of an agile team, you’ll lead technical efforts for integrating various solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Services within our insurance businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major change initiative aimed at augmenting our existing application ecosystem, enabling business expansion into new markets across the MEA region and beyond. Your role will lay the foundations for our future state technology stack, which will be utilized across our international business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support and manage all OIC integrations, VBCS, PCS & App Composer across core Fusion
- Manage end-to-end data integration implementations using Oracle technology
- Perform ODI administration and load balancing, and apply data warehousing concepts
- Design and model databases with relational and dimensional data modeling skills
- Manage high data volume environments and performance tuning in ODI
- Build queries, functions, packages, triggers, and stored procedures in PL/SQL and T/SQL
- Establish data quality and governance policies and procedures
- Liaise with development teams on data models, loading methodologies, and reconciliation tasks
- Build database scripts and integrate with release pipelines in Development, UAT & Production
- Support and manage all existing custom solutions/processes built on PaaS
- Build BI Reports, OTBI reports, and execute basic data extraction queries using SQL
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Integration Consultant
- Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of OIC and after-go-live support project experience
- Expert level knowledge of Oracle tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow, PL/SQL, Fusion Middleware)
- Expertise in OIC and REST/SOAP Integration components
- Experience in business requirements analysis, coding, testing, and implementation of extensions
Desirable Skills:
- Oracle PaaS Certification is a plus
- Previous project experience in finance transformation
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
