As an Oracle Technical Consultant at The Cigna Group, you will join the technology team responsible for building and maintaining integration systems to support our rapidly growing Middle East region. Working within an agile team, you will lead the technical effort for integrating various solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud Services in our insurance operations. This role is part of a major initiative to enhance the existing application ecosystem, enabling the business to expand into new markets across the MEA region and beyond. Core Responsibilities:
- Support and manage all Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, VBCS, PCS, and App Composer deployed across core Fusion applications.
- Manage end-to-end data integration implementations using Oracle technology.
- Perform ODI Administration and apply load balancing and data warehousing concepts.
- Handle database design and develop relational and dimensional data models.
- Manage high data volume environments and performance tuning in ODI.
- Build necessary queries, functions, packages, triggers, and stored procedures in PL/SQL and T/SQL.
- Ensure data quality and governance procedures are in place.
- Collaborate with development teams to finalize data models and loading methodologies.
- Build database scripts and integrate them with release pipelines in Development, UAT, and Production environments.
- Create BI Reports, OTBI reports, and execute data extraction queries using SQL.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Integration Consultant.
- At least 2 full life cycle implementations of OIC.
- Experience in post-go-live support projects.
- Expert level proficiency with Oracle tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow – Approval Rules/Notifications, PL/SQL, and Fusion Middleware).
- Expertise in OIC and REST/SOAP integration components.
- Knowledge in business requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, and implementation within a software environment.
- Broad knowledge and experience within Oracle PaaS/IaaS products.
- Desirable: Oracle PaaS Certification, previous project experience in finance transformation, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
