Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant

The company is seeking an Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud implementation and hands-on production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and provide production support for Oracle PPM Cloud.
• Possess strong functional knowledge in Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Contracts.
• Configure Project Types, Project Templates, Burden Cost structures, and Costing/Rate rules.
• Integrate with Oracle Fusion Financials including General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and Fixed Assets.
• Manage Resource and Task Management modules and understand Capital Project Management and Asset Capitalization processes.
• Configure Project Contracts, Billing (Invoicing) and Revenue Recognition methods.
• Handle data migrations and integrations using FBDI, ADFdi, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Produce Project Performance Reporting and develop OTBI/BIP dashboards.
• Provide troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing support.

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Hands-on experience in EPC Industries.
• Strong experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle PPM Cloud across the project lifecycle.
• Proficient in configuring Burden Cost structures and integration with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong experience in Project Contracts configuration including billing methods and revenue recognition.
• Knowledge of Resource Management and Task Management within Oracle PPM Cloud.

Desired Competencies:

• Must-Have:
  • Experience with external applications and third-party system integration.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience in developing OTBI reports and BI Publisher reports.
