Oracle Principal Consultant - Oracle Guided Learning (Change Management / User Adoption)

This role involves project managing the company Guided Learning Programs, with responsibilities that include developing project and resource staffing plans, reviewing Statements of Work, managing client relationships, and conducting training needs analyses. The ideal candidate will design end-user curricula and develop training strategies focused on behavioral change and software skills while ensuring quality control of all developed materials.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the success of assigned company learning management/training events, managing various aspects of customer events, and producing quality deliverables such as assessments, curriculum development, and eLearning.
• Identifying weak areas and suggesting improvement methods while meeting utilization targets.
• Travel may be required.

Requirements for this position include fluency in English and Arabic, expertise in company Cloud Applications, and a minimum of 3 years of consulting or teaching experience. Candidates should also possess technical experience with company products and hold industry-recognized certifications.
