Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer

About the Job:
We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of experience in the HCM/HR space. The ideal candidate will possess strong business experience in areas including Core HR, ORC, Payroll, and Performance, with project experience being preferred. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills are essential. Experience in presales or implementation of tier 1 solutions, such as Oracle, is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the expert in formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities to prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Focus on large or complex sales opportunities that require creative and complex solutions.
• Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
• Deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Advise internal and external clients on architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with Oracle customers to help them transform their business and act as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with the sales team to penetrate the market.

Language Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
