Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer (CX)

As a Principal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities to prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants, focusing on large or complex sales opportunities that require creative and complex solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants
• Delivering outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations
• Leading all aspects of the technical sales process
• Advising internal and external clients on overall architect solutions
• Working with Oracle customers to help transform their business and acting as a trusted advisor

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years in the CRM / CX space
• Very strong business experience in the Oracle CX space (CRM / CPQ / Marketing)
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Presales or implementation experience for tier 1 solutions like Oracle
• Fluent in Arabic and English is a must
