Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer (CX)

Oracle is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer (CX) with over 10 years of experience in the CRM/CX space, particularly with strong expertise in Oracle CX (CRM/CPQ/Marketing). The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, along with presales or implementation experience for tier 1 solutions like Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert in presales technical/functional support activities for prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as a mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Focus on large or complex sales opportunities requiring innovative solutions.
• Develop productivity tools and training for Sales Consultants.
• Create and deliver engaging Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead all aspects of the technical sales process and advise clients on architecture solutions.
• Work closely with Oracle customers to facilitate business transformation and act as a trusted advisor.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
