Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer (CX)

We are looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer (CX) with over 10 years of experience in the CRM/CX space. The ideal candidate will have strong business experience in Oracle CX applications, including CRM, CPQ, and Marketing. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills are essential. Experience in presales or implementation of tier 1 solutions like Oracle is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and lead presales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Focus on large or complex sales opportunities that require innovative and intricate solutions.
• Develop productivity tools and training for Sales Consultants.
• Deliver compelling Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Advise clients on comprehensive architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to effectively penetrate the market.
• Transform customer businesses while acting as a trusted advisor.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
