Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer (CX)

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer (CX) with over 10 years in the CRM/CX space, particularly with a strong business background in Oracle CX solutions (CRM, CPQ, Marketing). The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, along with presales or implementation experience for tier 1 solutions like Oracle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the expert in formulating and leading presales technical/functional support activity for prospective clients and customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Focus on large or complex sales opportunities that require creative and complex solutions.
• Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
• Deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead all aspects of the technical sales process and advise internal and external clients on comprehensive architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with Oracle customers to help transform their businesses and act as a trusted advisor.
• Demonstrate Oracle Applications capabilities to customers and partner with the sales team to penetrate the market.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
