About the job
We are seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer (ERP) with over 10 years of experience in the ERP and Financials domain, particularly in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and cash management (CM). The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with a strong background in presales or implementation for tier 1 solutions, such as Oracle. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Responsibilities
As a Principal Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the expert in formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Focusing on large or complex sales opportunities that require innovative and intricate solutions.
• Developing productivity tools and training for Sales Consultants.
• Creating and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of Oracle products.
• Leading all aspects of the technical sales process and providing guidance on overall architectural solutions.
• Partnering with sales teams to effectively penetrate the market and help customers transform their businesses, acting as a trusted advisor.
