We are seeking candidates with over 10 years of experience in the HCM/HR space, specifically with strong expertise in Core HR, ORC, Payroll, and Performance. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, along with presales or implementation experience for tier 1 solutions such as Oracle. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activities for prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
- Focus on large or complex sales opportunities requiring creative and complex solutions.
- Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
- Deliver compelling Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
- Lead all aspects of the technical sales process.
- Advise internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
- Collaborate with Oracle customers to help transform their businesses, acting as a trusted advisor.
