Oracle Principal Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM)/Human Resources (HR) space. The ideal candidate will have strong business experience in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Payroll, and Performance. Projects experience is preferred, and outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the expert in formulating and leading presales technical/functional support activities to prospective clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Focus on large or complex sales opportunities that require creative and complex solutions.
• Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.
• Create and deliver exceptional Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead all aspects of the technical sales process and advise clients on overall architectural solutions.
• Collaborate with Oracle customers to help transform their business and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Work as a partner with the sales team to penetrate the market.

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
