Oracle Saas, PAAS, OIC Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee Oracle SaaS, PaaS, and OIC implementations. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), OIC, and Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) workflows to support Oracle Fusion Cloud business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle SaaS and PaaS projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Oracle cloud solutions, including integration with existing systems.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge in Oracle technologies.
• Stay updated on the latest Oracle cloud offerings and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.

Technical Expertise
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following technologies:

• Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
• Oracle Business Process Management (BPM)
• PCS/OPA
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• REST and SOAP Web Services
• Oracle Fusion Technical – BIP Reports (Finance, SCM, HCM)
• SQL and PL/SQL
• Previous experience with EBS technical is a plus.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong technical background in Oracle cloud services, and proven experience in project management.
