Position

As a Pre-sales Intern, your primary focus will be to become an expert in a core set of Oracle products and solutions, presenting their value proposition and benefits to our partners, prospects, customers, and internally to our sales force. You will provide presales technical and functional support to prospective clients via the internet while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality Oracle presentations and demonstrations, articulating Oracle product strengths, participating in the design and validation of Oracle software solutions, and solving problems with guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize analytical problem-solving skills to assist customers in understanding their business challenges.
  • Learn about Oracle solutions and demonstrate how they can resolve customer business issues.
  • Engage directly with customers and sales teams on key activities, including:

    • Building repeatable solution demonstrations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Interest and understanding of cloud technology concepts
