Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud SCM modules to meet complex business needs while ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
- Configuration and Setup: Configure Oracle Cloud SCM modules based on business requirements, and integrate them with third-party applications.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Create and execute test scripts to validate Oracle Cloud SCM configurations, ensuring that system functionality meets business requirements.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for end users, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
- Post-Implementation Support: Assist end users with functional inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of Oracle Cloud modules.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including functional design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals to support Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
Must Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM with at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
- Expertise in 3 or more Oracle Cloud modules: Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Supply Chain Planning.
Certifications:
- Certification in Oracle Cloud SCM modules is required.
